The role
The Intellectual Property Litigation practice at WilmerHale is seeking associates with three to five years of post-JD experience. The role is for attorneys with experience in deposition and motion practice, and discovery, who hold a JD and are licensed to practice law in their state.

- Take and defend depositions
- Engage in motion practice
- Conduct written discovery
- Conduct expert discovery
- Draft pleadings and motions
What we're looking for
Three to five years of post-JD experience

Experience with motion practice

Experience with expert discovery
Experience drafting pleadings and motions
Juris Doctor
Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based
Excellent writing skills
Strong analytical skills
Willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment
Experience in inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings· nice to have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering· nice to have
Equivalent industry experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering· nice to have
