The role
WilmerHale's Intellectual Property Litigation practice is seeking associates with three to five years of post-JD experience. The ideal candidates will have experience in key litigation tasks and possess strong analytical and writing skills.

What we're looking for
Three to five years of post-JD experience
Experience taking/defending depositions and motion practice
Experience conducting written discovery, expert discovery, drafting pleadings and motions
Juris Doctor
Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based
Excellent writing skills
Strong analytical skills
Experience in inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings· nice to have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering· nice to have
Equivalent industry experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering· nice to have
