The role
The Intellectual Property Litigation practice is seeking associates with three to five years of post-JD experience. Candidates should have experience in litigation tasks such as taking/defending depositions, motion practice, and conducting discovery, and ideally possess a technical background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.

- Take/defend depositions
- Conduct motion practice
- Conduct written discovery
- Conduct expert discovery
- Draft pleadings and motions
