The role
WilmerHale's Intellectual Property Litigation practice is seeking associates with 3-5 years of post-JD experience in litigation. The role is for attorneys licensed in the state/jurisdiction of the office location, with a preference for those holding a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.

- Engage in motion practice
- Conduct written discovery
- Conduct expert discovery
- Draft pleadings
- Draft motions
What we're looking for
