The role
The Intellectual Property Litigation practice is seeking associates with three to five years of post-JD experience for positions across multiple US offices. The role is for attorneys experienced in discovery, motion practice, and ideally with inter partes review or ITC proceedings.

- Take and defend depositions
- Engage in motion practice
- Conduct written discovery
- Conduct expert discovery
- Draft pleadings and motions
What we're looking for
Three to five years of post-JD experience
Experience taking/defending depositions
Experience in motion practice
Experience conducting written discovery
Experience conducting expert discovery
Experience drafting pleadings and motions
Juris Doctor degree
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state/jurisdiction of the position
Excellent writing skills
Strong analytical skills
Willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment
Experience in inter partes review· nice to have
Experience in ITC proceedings· nice to have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering· nice to have
Equivalent industry experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering· nice to have
