The role
WilmerHale's Intellectual Property Litigation practice is seeking associates with three to five years of post-JD experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in taking/defending depositions, motion practice, and conducting discovery, with a background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering being preferred.

Juris Doctor
Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based
Excellent writing skills
Strong analytical skills
Willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment
Experience in inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings· nice to have
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering· nice to have
Equivalent industry experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering· nice to have
