The role
Cooley LLP is seeking attorneys with 3-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions to join their team. The role requires strong M&A skills, including document drafting, negotiation, client relationship management, and supervision of junior associates, for sophisticated clients.

- Manage deal process and client relationships
- Supervise junior associates
- Handle day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters
What we're looking for
3-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions
Strong M&A skills
Experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents
Experience managing deal process and client relationships
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
