The role
Cooley LLP is seeking attorneys with 3-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong M&A skills, including drafting and negotiation, client relationship management, and supervision of junior associates.

- Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents
- Manage deal process and client relationships
- Supervise junior associates
- Handle day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters
What we're looking for
3-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions

High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school required
