The role
Cooley LLP seeks attorneys with 3-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions for their M&A practice group. This role is for candidates with strong M&A transactional skills, client management experience, and the ability to supervise junior attorneys.

- Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents
- Manage deal process and client relationships
- Supervise junior associates
- Handle day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters
What we're looking for
3-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions
Strong M&A skills
Experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents
Experience managing deal process and client relationships
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school required
Supervising junior associates· nice to have
Handling day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needs· nice to have
