The role
Cooley LLP is seeking attorneys with 3-7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions for their M&A practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong M&A skills, including document drafting and negotiation, deal management, client relationship handling, and supervision of junior staff, supporting clients with sophisticated needs.

- Handle day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters
