The role
Cooley LLP seeks attorneys with 3-7 PQE specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Ideal candidates will possess strong M&A skills, including experience in drafting and negotiating deal documents, managing client relationships, and supervising junior associates, to support clients with sophisticated needs.

High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
