The role
Cooley LLP is seeking attorneys with 3-7 PQE to join their mergers and acquisitions practice group. Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands on a variety of M&A related matters for sophisticated clients.

High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
