Tax Attorney: 2nd-6th year at Cooley

The role

Cooley is seeking a Tax Attorney with 2-6 years of PQE to join its Tax practice in San Diego. The role will focus on advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international transactions.

What we're looking for

2-6 years of tax experience

Experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international transactions

A high level of motivation, initiative, and excellent problem solving skills

Strong client relations skills and experience handling several concurrent ongoing matters

A high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
