The role
Cooley is seeking a Tax Attorney with 2-6 years of PQE to join their Tax practice in Palo Alto. This role will focus on advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and international transactions.

Strong client relations skills
Experience handling several concurrent ongoing matters
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
