The role
Cooley LLP is seeking a Tax Attorney with 2-6 years of experience to join their Tax practice in New York. The role will focus on advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and international transactions.

2-6 years of tax experience
Experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and international transactions
High level of motivation, initiative and excellent problem solving skills
Strong client relations skills and experience handling several concurrent ongoing matters
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
