The role
Cooley is seeking a Tax Attorney with 2-6 years of PQE for their Los Angeles office. The role focuses on advising on tax matters, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and international transactions.

Experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and international transactions
High level of motivation, initiative and excellent problem solving skills
Strong client relations skills and experience handling several concurrent ongoing matters
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
