The role
Cooley LLP is seeking a Tax Attorney with 2-6 years of experience to join their Tax practice group in Washington D.C. The role will focus on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and international transactions.

Experience handling several concurrent ongoing matters
High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
