The role
Cooley LLP seeks attorneys with 3-7 years of experience to join their mergers and acquisitions practice group. Ideal candidates will possess strong M&A skills and the ability to manage deals, client relationships, and supervise junior associates.

- Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents
- Manage deal process and client relationships
- Supervise junior associates
- Handle day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters
What we're looking for
3-7 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions
Strong M&A skills

High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school required
