The role
Cooley LLP seeks attorneys with 3-7 PQE and strong M&A skills to join their practice. This role is for experienced M&A attorneys who can manage deal processes, client relationships, and supervise junior associates on sophisticated M&A matters.

- Draft and negotiate definitive and ancillary documents
- Manage deal process and client relationships
- Supervise junior associates
- Handle day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters
What we're looking for
3-7 years of experience
Strong M&A skills

High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
