The role
Cooley LLP seeks an associate with 2-5 years of PQE in employment law for its Bay Area offices. The role is for candidates with training, experience, and interest in both employment law counseling and employment litigation, and will involve significant client counseling and M&A transaction support.

- Counsel Firm clients on employment law matters
- Provide employment support on M&A transactions
What we're looking for
2-5 years of broad experience in employment law

High level of motivation and initiative
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
Experience in employment support on M&A transactions· nice to have
