The role
Cooley LLP is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of PQE in employment law for their Bay Area offices. This role is for candidates with experience and interest in both employment law counseling and litigation, and will involve significant client counseling and M&A transaction support.

- Counsel Firm clients on employment law matters
- Provide employment support on M&A transactions
What we're looking for

High level of motivation and initiative
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
