The role
Cooley seeks a Life Sciences Corporate Partnering & Licensing Associate with 3-6 years of PQE to join their practice group in Boston, Palo Alto, or San Diego. The role focuses on structuring, negotiating, and drafting strategic commercial transaction agreements for life sciences companies.

- Represent life sciences companies in the structuring, negotiation and drafting of strategic commercial transaction agreements including licenses, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements
What we're looking for
3-6 years of PQE
Experience representing life sciences companies in the structuring, negotiation and drafting of strategic commercial transaction agreements including licenses, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements
Experience in either a private law firm or in-house position
Corporate or patent experience· nice to have
Technical degree· nice to have
