The role
Cooley seeks an Associate with 3-6 PQE to join its Life Sciences Corporate Partnering & Licensing practice in Boston, Palo Alto, or San Diego. The role involves representing life sciences companies in structuring, negotiating, and drafting strategic commercial transaction agreements.

- Represent life sciences companies in the structuring, negotiation and drafting of strategic commercial transaction agreements including licenses, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements
What we're looking for
3-6 PQE
Experience representing life sciences companies in the structuring, negotiation and drafting of strategic commercial transaction agreements
Experience with licenses, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements
Experience in either a private law firm or in-house position
