3-6 years of PQE Experience representing life sciences companies in the structuring, negotiation and drafting of strategic commercial transaction agreements including licenses, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements Experience in either a private law firm or in-house position
The role
Associates with 3-6 years of PQE are sought for the Life Sciences Corporate Partnering & Licensing practice group in Cooley's Boston, Palo Alto, or San Diego offices. The role involves representing life sciences companies in structuring, negotiating, and drafting strategic commercial transaction agreements.

- Represent life sciences companies in the structuring, negotiation and drafting of strategic commercial transaction agreements including licenses, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements
What we're looking for
3-6 years of PQE
Experience representing life sciences companies in the structuring, negotiation and drafting of strategic commercial transaction agreements including licenses, collaboration agreements, and other commercial agreements
Experience in either a private law firm or in-house position
Corporate or patent experience· nice to have
Technical degree· nice to have
