The role
Cooley LLP is seeking a litigation associate with 5-7 years of PQE for its Boston office. The role is within the business litigation practice group and focuses on complex commercial litigation, shareholder disputes, white collar matters, and internal investigations.

What we're looking for
5-7 years of significant litigation experience
Practiced in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm
Project-based experience
Ability to multi-task on a variety of high-level assignments
Experience working with and also overseeing junior associates and business professionals
A high level of academic achievement from a law school institution
Solid background in complex commercial litigation
Solid background in shareholder disputes
Solid background in white collar matters
Solid background in internal investigations
