The role
Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Antitrust & Competition practice group. This role is for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in antitrust litigation and counseling, based in Washington D.C., Palo Alto, or San Francisco.
What we're looking for
3-5 years of antitrust litigation and counseling experience
JD from a top-tier law school
Excellent academic credentials
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice or the Federal Trade Commission
Judicial clerkship experience· nice to have
HSR counseling experience· nice to have
Second Request investigation experience· nice to have
