The role

This role is for an attorney with 2-7 years of PQE in private investment fund formation, focusing on representing sponsors and investors in fund formation, sponsor-level, and secondary transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and a strong academic record.

What you'll do

Represent sponsors and investors in private investment funds
Complete fund formation transactions
Complete sponsor-level transactions
Complete secondary transactions involving limited partner and/or portfolio company interests

What we're looking for

Two to seven years of private investment fund formation experience

Experience representing sponsors and investors in private investment funds

Completed fund formation transactions

Completed sponsor-level transactions

Completed secondary transactions involving limited partner and/or portfolio company interests

Worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm

High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
