Associate (4 - 6 years)

The role

Ropes & Gray seeks an experienced, mid-level litigation associate with a minimum of four years of sophisticated legal experience to join their San Francisco office. This role will focus on complex commercial litigation, class action litigation, corporate governance, and shareholder suits, representing public corporations and financial services firms.

What you'll do

• Represent public corporations, financial services and investment management firms, and private equity clients in a variety of state and federal jurisdictions
• Manage cases
• Handle complex litigation matters
• Draft and prepare litigation documents
• Conduct legal research and writing analysis
• Mentor junior associates
• Collaborate with partners and associates of varied seniorities
