Key requirements
At least three years of experience working in the corporate practice at a law firm Significant restructuring practice experience (chapter 11 company side representations, chapter 11 secured creditor representations, out of court restructuring transactions, and/or capital solutions/liability management transactions) Significant drafting experience in court motion practice Significant drafting experience in credit documentation
The role
Sullivan & Cromwell is seeking experienced associates for its General Practice (corporate) - Restructuring & Special Situations group. This role is for lawyers with at least three years of corporate law firm experience, with a focus on restructuring and special situations, including drafting court motions and credit documentation.
What we're looking for

Significant restructuring practice experience (chapter 11 company side representations, chapter 11 secured creditor representations, out of court restructuring transactions, and/or capital solutions/liability management transactions)
Significant drafting experience in court motion practice
