Sullivan & Cromwell is seeking an experienced Lateral Associate for its Restructuring & Special Situations group in New York. This role is for lawyers with at least 3 years of experience in corporate restructuring matters, including drafting experience in court motion practice and credit documentation.
What we're looking for

Experience with capital solutions/liability management transactions
Significant drafting experience in court motion practice
Significant drafting experience in credit documentation
Not a current law student
