The role
Latham & Watkins is seeking highly motivated associates with two to three years of PQE to join their industry-leading Liability Management team. Candidates who have a preponderance of their work in traditional finance, high-yield capital markets or restructuring are encouraged to apply. The role involves advising clients on complicated transactions and analyzing corporate capital structures.
What you'll do
- Conduct detailed structural analysis of existing capital structures to identify opportunities for liability management solutions
- Advise clients on strategic alternatives and execution risk
- Draft, analyze and negotiate transaction support agreements, credit agreements, indentures, intercreditor arrangements, and related transaction documents
- Manage junior associates and support their development
What we're looking for
