The role
Herbert Smith Freehills is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Senior Associate to join their Band 1 ranked Competition, Regulation and Trade practice. This role is for individuals with at least 3 years of PQE in competition law, preferably with experience in merger clearances and a keen interest in new merger control regimes. The position is based in either the Sydney or Melbourne office and supports a team led by multiple partners.
