Equity Capital Markets Associate - Junior to Mid Level

The role

A US qualified Capital Markets Associate with 2-4 PQE is sought for Skadden's London office, focusing on equity capital markets transactions. The role is for experienced lawyers with a strong academic record and a background advising European and emerging markets issuers.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on complex Equity capital markets transactions, including Initial public offerings, placings, rights issues, and other equity offerings
• Support complex equity financings in close collaboration with debt capital markets, banking, and M&A teams
• Offer strategic guidance on regulatory compliance, governance, and market practices relevant to equity capital markets
• Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements
• Manage and develop client relationships, delivering clear, concise, and commercially focused legal advice
• Collaborate with cross-border teams to deliver exceptional client service throughout the transaction lifecycle
