The role
Sidley Austin is seeking a Global Finance Associate with 3+ years of PQE for its Leveraged Finance practice in New York. The role will focus on complex leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, and liability management.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Lead financing transactions primarily on behalf of borrower and lead arranger clients
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience with syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending
Experience representing either borrowers or lead arrangers
Admitted or eligible for admission to the bar in the state for the office to which they are applying
Strong experience with sponsor finance/LBO finance preferred· nice to have
