The role
Sidley Austin LLP is seeking associates for its Global Finance Group to handle leveraged finance transactions. The role is for candidates with at least three years of PQE in syndicated lending or private/direct lending, representing borrowers or lead arrangers.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Generally lead financing transactions primarily on behalf of borrower and lead arranger clients
What we're looking for
At least three years of experience with syndicated lending and/or private credit/direct lending representing either borrowers or lead arrangers
Admitted or eligible for admission to the bar in the state for the office to which they are applying
Strong experience with sponsor finance/LBO finance· nice to have
