The role
Sidley Austin LLP's New York office is seeking associates with at least two years of experience for its Global Finance Group. The role will focus on asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions, involving drafting and negotiating transaction documents for various parties in public and private offerings.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate offering and transaction documents for underwriters, sponsors, issuers, investors and lenders in both public and private offerings of asset-backed securities and private structured finance transactions
What we're looking for
At least two years of experience with asset-backed securitizations and structured finance transactions
Experience with ABF, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, SFR, Data Centers, esoteric and consumer assets
Admitted or eligible for admission to the New York bar
