The role focuses on Asset Based Lending and Leveraged Finance transactions, supporting bank and non-bank clients, lenders, and borrowers in areas like direct lending, syndicated finance, and fund finance.
What you'll do
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Generally lead financing transactions
