The role
Mayer Brown is seeking a mid-level Fund Finance Associate with 3-5 years of experience for its Finance practice in New York. The role will focus on secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, and other complex domestic and cross-border financings.

- Support the Fund Finance practice
- Engage in secured and unsecured lending transactions
- Work on fund financings
- Work on acquisition financings
- Work on leveraged finance deals
- Work on bridge loans
- Work on other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings
What we're looking for
3-5 years of experience
Solid experience with secured and unsecured lending transactions
Strong experience in fund finance
Strong experience in leverage finance/private credit
Strong law school academic credentials
Relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience
JD 2021 to 2023
