The role
Mayer Brown is seeking a senior level associate or counsel with 5+ years of securitization finance experience to join their Finance practice in New York. This role will focus on structured finance transactions involving trade receivables and other trade-related assets, representing financial institutions.

- Represent banks, funds and other financial institutions in structured finance transactions involving trade receivables, inventory and other trade-related assets
What we're looking for
5 or more years of structured finance and securitization experience
U.S. lawyers practicing from the U.S.
JD 2021 and beyond
Preferably focused on lender-side private trade receivables securitization, supply-chain finance, trade receivables monetization and/or similar trade AR-related matters· nice to have
