The role
Mayer Brown is seeking a mid-level Fund Finance Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their Finance practice in Chicago. The role will focus on secured and unsecured lending transactions, with particular emphasis on fund finance and leverage finance/private credit.
What we're looking for

JD 2021 to 2024
Experience with fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance deals, bridge loans, and other complex domestic and cross-border syndicated and bi-lateral financings· nice to have

Salary range of $235,000 to $365,000
