The role
Mayer Brown seeks a mid-level Real Estate Associate with 3-7 years of experience to join their Washington D.C. office. The role will support the Real Estate practice, focusing on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint ventures.
What you'll do
- Support the Real Estate practice with a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions
- Represent institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds in all phases of the investment cycle
- Handle sophisticated lending transactions
What we're looking for
3-7 years of experience
Experience in multiple areas of commercial real estate
Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings or joint ventures
Superior academic credentials
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
JD 2023 - 2019
