Real Estate Associate at CMS

The role

CMS is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3-7 years of experience for their Bristol office. This role is for an individual to join their market-leading Real Estate team, focusing on investment, development, and asset management transactions.

What you'll do

Regularly deal with £multi-million pound transactions
Act for some of the largest investors in the country
Advise on traditional real estate asset classes
Advise on alternative real estate asset classes including student accommodation, hotels and leisure and the PRS sector

What we're looking for

Trained with a recognised real estate department of a major or medium sized firm

1-5PQE

Interest in, and enthusiasm for, the commercial property industry

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong academic background

Ambition to succeed and commitment to business development and client relationship management

Commercially orientated with good business acumen and a commitment to innovation

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Well-organised with strong administration and time management skills

Ability and drive to meet demanding deadlines
