The role

This is a Senior Associate role within Burges Salmon's Construction and Engineering team, aimed at experienced lawyers who will advise on major infrastructure and development projects in the UK and overseas. The role is for individuals with relevant experience and the ability to lead others, working with top-calibre clients on complex and innovative projects.

What you'll do

Advise on cutting edge projects in the UK and overseas
Work with projects, real estate, finance and corporate lawyers to enable complex construction, redevelopment and infrastructure projects to come to fruition
Build relationships and sit on industry groups

What we're looking for

Relevant experience working on high quality construction and engineering projects

Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to manage a complex and varied workload effectively

Self-motivated and willing to learn

Experience of leading others to develop their skills and knowledge

Experience of effective matter management and business development activities

SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
