The role
A Corporate Tax Lawyer is sought for a Tier 1 team known for tackling complex challenges with creativity and collaboration. This role is for an experienced lawyer interested in providing high-quality tax and structuring advice on a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, and real estate.

- Advise on corporate reorganisations
What we're looking for
Relevant experience working on high quality corporate tax matters
An SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
A particular interest or focus on one or more of real estate tax, corporate M&A tax, funds taxation or tax advice on cross-border structures· nice to have
