The role
We are seeking a Corporate Tax Solicitor with 1 or more years of PQE to join our Tier 1 corporate tax team. This role is for an individual interested in working on high-quality matters outside of London, supporting leading corporates and financial institutions.
What you'll do
- Advise on corporate M&A, private equity and real estate transactions
- Advise on cross-border structures, financing arrangements, funds and corporate reorganisations
What we're looking for
1 or more years of experience in corporate tax matters
SRA registered lawyer
