The role
Burges Salmon is seeking a Technology Associate/Senior Associate with 7+ years of PQE to join their M&A practice in Bristol. This role will focus on supporting clients with a variety of technology-related legal matters.
What you'll do
- Support clients in all aspects of technology projects and law
- Work with clients on digital transformation projects
- Work with clients on outsourcing and procurement projects
- Work with clients on software and technology licensing
- Work with clients on technology and digital advisory matters
- Work with clients on cyber and data security
- Work with clients on data protection and ePrivacy
- Work with clients on innovation
- Work with clients on artificial intelligence
- Work with clients on commercial collaborations
What we're looking for
