The role
Lawyers at Associate/Senior Associate level are sought to join the market-leading planning and compulsory purchase team. This role is for individuals with experience in various aspects of planning law, including town and country planning, development consenting, and compulsory acquisition matters, to support increasing client and work demands.
What we're looking for

Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
Be self-motivated and willing to learn
Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, or a Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
At least three years' post qualification experience
Experience in town and country planning· nice to have

Experience in compulsory acquisition/purchase and compensation matters· nice to have
Experience in EIA/HRA· nice to have
Experience in inquiries/examinations· nice to have
Experience in judicial review· nice to have
