The role

Addleshaw Goddard is seeking an Associate Employment Lawyer for their Leeds office with 3+ PQE. This role will focus on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for a variety of clients.

What you'll do

Provide the full range of employment law and HR support work (contentious and non-contentious)
Develop close client relationships
Undertake a major role in client work
Foster and grow client relationships and develop new ones
Collaborate with colleagues in the direct team, other AG practice areas, and relevant industry groups
Engage with formal training programmes (technical or skills based)
Draw on mentoring, coaching and leadership development programmes

What we're looking for

A minimum of 3 years post qualification experience working in a similar practice

Flexible and agile with enthusiasm for growing and developing knowledge and experience

Undertake intellectually challenging work

Keen eye for detail

Self-motivated and proactive

Confident in building enduring relationships with clients based on trust and high-quality service delivery

Inquisitive and want to understand clients, their drivers and what matters to them
