The role

A junior associate with NQ - 2 years PQE is sought for Clifford Chance's leading Private Equity and M&A practice in Sydney. This role involves advising top-tier private equity sponsors and corporate clients on a variety of complex, high-value transactions, including M&A and growth capital investments.

What you'll do

Advise on private equity investments and exits
Advise on public and private mergers and acquisitions
Advise on growth capital and minority investments
Advise on general corporate matters

What we're looking for

Experience in Corporate / M&A

Experience with private equity transactions

Strong technical drafting skills

Strong transactional skills

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams within tight timeframes

Commercially minded

Proactive and solution-oriented
