Associate / Senior Associate, Global Financial Markets, Australia

The role

Seeking a high-performing Associate with 1-3 PQE to join the Global Financial Markets (GFM) practice in Australia. This role will focus on advising on complex cross-border financings and transactional mandates as part of a globally integrated team.

What you'll do

• Advise on a wide range of financing transactions, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters
• Work closely with partners and colleagues across global offices to deliver seamless, integrated client solutions
• Take an active role in transaction execution, including drafting, negotiation, and client management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives
• Contribute to the development of junior lawyers and participate in knowledge sharing across the practice
• Work with a broad range of clients and the firm's other teams and practice areas
• Engage in extensive client contact
• Provide client training
• Organize client seminars
• Develop an unbeatable multi-disciplinary skill set and client facing skills whilst working with market leaders
