The role

A banking and finance lawyer with 2-4 years of PQE is sought to advise on a wide range of financing transactions, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters. The role involves active participation in transaction execution, client relationship management, and supporting business development initiatives within a top-ranked, globally integrated practice.

What you'll do

• Advise on a wide range of financing transactions, including cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters
• Work closely with partners and colleagues across global offices to deliver seamless, integrated client solutions
• Take an active role in transaction execution, including drafting, negotiation, and client management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives
• Contribute to the development of junior lawyers and participate in knowledge sharing across the practice
